This document serves as the official governing policy for all logistics and post-purchase activities for MONOmolecule®. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these pharmaceutical-grade chain-of-custody protocols.

1. Logistics & Global Fulfillment

MONOmolecule manages a centralized distribution hub to ensure molecular stability and inventory control.

Direct Website Orders

Orders via monomolecule.com process within 1–2 business days. We ship Globally from Los Angeles, CA.

  • Standard: 5–7 Business Days (U.S.)
  • Expedited: 3–5 Business Days (U.S.)
  • Global: Varies by local customs.
Amazon FBA Orders

For products fulfilled through Amazon, Amazon acts as the primary custodian. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are managed exclusively by Amazon Logistics.

2. Returns, Refunds & Chain of Custody

SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Items with opened or tampered inner safety seals are legally ineligible for return or refund due to clinical health and safety regulations.

A. Eligibility Matrix

We enforce a strict 30-day return window for the following conditions:

  • Defective Goods: Immediate replacement.
  • Incorrect Shipment: Eligible for exchange if seals are intact.
  • Quality Issues: Subject to internal R&D validation.
  • Unopened Returns: Subject to a 10% restocking fee.
B. The RMA Process
  1. Email info@monomolecule.com with your Order ID and photo evidence.
  2. Approved requests receive an RMA Number within 48 hours.
  3. Ship the intact product to our center:

3. International Transfer of Risk

We facilitate global delivery from our Los Angeles hub. Please be advised that MONOmolecule is not responsible for local customs delays or import duties. Once a package departs our warehouse, the "Transfer of Risk" moves to the consumer and the carrier.
